There is one name that equips and prepares us to live the lives we are destined and called to live.  Names have implications and meaning.  It is rare to ever get to know someone deeply and personally without ever learning their name.  How much more important then, for us to get to know Jesus through His Names?  The power behind the Name of Jesus enables us to reach our divinely appointed destinations in life.

• Jesus is the Light of the World—this is His radiance that reveals His loving Father, and through His light, we gain spiritual understanding and wisdom for living.
• Jesus is the Bread of Life—He is our spiritual nourishment and the One who spiritually sustains us.
• Jesus is the Door—Jesus has given us free and unlimited access to His Father and His Kingdom.
• Jesus is the Good Shepherd—Jesus cares for us and has paid our entry fee into the Kingdom with His life.
• Jesus is the Resurrection and the Life—Death could not hold Jesus; He has guaranteed our eternal life with God.
• Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life—Jesus is the map, the road, and the destination.
• Jesus is the True Vine–-Jesus is our connection to the Source of all of life.

I Believe in the Name of Jesus is a Bible study that will have us centered in John’s Gospel as we delve into the seven “I am” statements of Jesus. We will learn the context, background and meanings behind these statements and the deeper revelations of His Name and Who He is and the desires to be in our lives.
